With more than 25 years of human resources experience and 6 in Association Management, Jon Decoteau is a Senior HR leader specializing in Business Partner Support, HR Strategy and Services. He has a proven track record at The Coca-Cola Company, eBay and Motorola for getting organizations aligned, evaluating their strengths, and driving global projects. Jon is currently SHRM's Divisional Director based in Sacramento, California. In this role he is responsible for leading SHRM's Western US Field Services team and for helping our chapters and members grow as part of SHRM's 300,000+ member centric organization, impacting millions of employees in workforces worldwide.

Mike is the Global Labor Relations Leader for Procter & Gamble and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Over a 34 year career with P&G, Mike has considerable experience in supply chain operations and human resources management. Mike has served in manufacturing, supply chain planning, and human resources roles in multiple business categories within the company on a global and regional basis. In his current global leadership role for labor relations, Mike has responsibility for strategy and policy development, global capability building, and for guiding global and regional action planning to insure healthy and compliant organizations. Mike’s role partners with other functions to support the corporate social responsibility program. The global labor relations practice is currently leading efforts to embed the necessary Human Resources policies, systems, and tools across the enterprise to support the company human rights policy statement.
Prior to Procter & Gamble, Mike obtained a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and served in the U.S. Army.
Kevin Bradley
Kevin Bradley is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with the University of Nebraska Medical Center. With two internships during his undergrad as well as passing the PHR examination, he graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor in Business Administration emphasizing in Human Resources from UNO and began his career with TD Ameritrade in employee relations. He transitioned to recruitment and staffing with Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group in 2011 aiding in hiring for their sales floor, operations and IT positions.
