Senior Human Resources Manager, Hennessy Automotive Group
Christie Conley is the Senior Human Resources Manager for Hennessy Automotive Group. Hennessy Automobile Group is made up of various luxury dealerships located throughout the Atlanta area and is proud to be an automotive leader.
Christie’s expertise includes talent management, training and development, management coaching, liability reduction, leadership and process improvement. Christie is passionate about helping companies utilize their resources and talent as well as in assisting individuals with their HR related needs.
Christie began her career as an HR assistant in 2006. In 2011 after graduating from the University of Georgia, with a degree in Criminal Justice, she decided that HR was her true calling and began working as an HR Generalist in an Atlanta law firm.
Christie joined the Hennessy team in July, 2014 as the Human Resources Manager for the Lexus and Porsche stores. In November, 2015, Christie was placed in charge of recruiting for Hennessy’s ten dealerships. In January, 2016, Christie was promoted to Senior Human Resources Manager responsible for all ten Hennessy locations and managing six HR Associates.
Christie enjoys her involvement in a variety of charity activities including Junior Achievement, Children’s Miracle Network, Toys for Tots, Atlanta Boys Home, and Sport of Giving. Christie also sits on several service advisory committees for technical colleges throughout Georgia.
