Tracee Comstock is an HR Leader that really cares about people. Tracee has worked in Human Resources for the past 20+ years. She says, People are her Passion. She is a highly skilled HR leader who loves to build organizations in improving performance and revenue. She knows how to attract and retain top talent. She also has proven experience at building successful companies in Utah such as Franklin Quest, PowerQuest, Mountainstar, Young Living Essential Oils and is currently working for Sun Edison, a renewable-solar energy company. She is an entrepreneur at heart and has also founded and managed several small businesses.
Tracee recently managed an HR team of 11 Direct Reports, had 120 Managers to coach and 2000 employees globally. Tracee has been the President of SL SHRM (2015) for the past year and has worked on the SL SHRM board for the past 4+years. Tracee received her Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University. She and her husband Roger have been married for nearly 13 years and they have a blended family of 7 children and one grandchild.
