Jay served as a Peace Corps volunteer and business consultant from 1979 to 1982. 

He has an LL.M.  in taxation from New York University School of Law, J.D. with distinction from the University of Arizona College of Law and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.  Jay is the former Chair of the American Benefits Council, an adjunct professor of employee benefits in the LL.M. program at Washington University School of Law.

Don MacPherson is an employee performance expert with over 17 years of industry experience. Megan Lee,  has more than 10 years of experience developing human resource departments, creating programs to improve business operations, directing executive-level training programs, and establishing flexible workplaces.  As a human resource professional with experience in software development, service/hospitality and federal government contracting industries, Megan has worked with diverse employee populations within multi-unit environments.  These experiences have provided her with a unique understanding and appreciation of employee needs and for being known as a trusted business partner.
