Sara Taylor, President and Founder of deepSEE Consulting, has 35 years of extensive DEI experience serving local, national, and global clients. As a nationally recognized speaker and best-selling author, Sara’s thought leadership lies at the intersection of the fields of Unconscious Bias and Cultural Competence. Her models, and books have been used by tens of thousands of individuals and hundreds of organizations to create greater inclusion and interpersonal effectiveness. Sara holds a master’s degree in DEI and Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota. Prior to deepSEE, she held positions such as Chief Diversity Officer and Leadership and Diversity Specialist.

Melissa DeLay is the award-winning founder and principal owner of TruPerception. With nearly two decades of strategic and corporate communication experience—including consulting for companies such as Ameriprise Financial and the State of Minnesota, as well as senior positions with 3M, Carlson Companies, Maytag and AmeriPride—Melissa knows how to deliver the right words in the right way to drive change, manage crises, boost engagement and build a stronger brand.

Her first book “The Truth About Scandal: The Everyday Guide to Navigating Business Crises,” details Melissa's years of first-hand experience coaching and consulting professionals through some of the toughest communications issues facing modern leaders today. 

Dr. Michael Baran is the CEO of Iris Inclusion, a global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) firm. Dr. Baran draws on his own social science research to inform his DEI speaking engagements, writings, consulting, leadership development, and eLearning. After teaching at Harvard University, he has been supporting DEI in organizations for 20 years. His work has been covered in the New York Times, BBC, Forbes, CNN, NPR, and more.

His recent book, Subtle Acts of Exclusion, was named by Forbes as one of “The 11 Books To Read To Be A More Inclusive Leader” and has won several awards.

Anne Comer is a Vice President with Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company. She has helped clients ranging from small non-profits to Fortune 500 companies shape healthier, higher performing cultures in Canada, the US, Europe and Asia. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and corporate leadership, consulting and education, Anne now focuses on her passion for guiding leaders, organizations and teams to create a healthy environment in which all people can thrive and enjoy the satisfaction of achieving strong and sustainable results.

Jane leads the human resources, OD and training function for Digital Federal Credit Union (DCU) the largest credit union in New England with over 1300 employees and 23 branch locations.  Jane possesses over 25+ years of human resources experience in a variety of organizations including the healthcare, insurance and business services sectors.  She holds a BS and MS degree from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI; a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, ME and an MBA in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University..  Jane has both her SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.
