The way our brains work—creating and managing emotions and sparking behaviors—is an amazing system and the basis to understand biases and the way we interact with people. By understanding this, you will be better equipped to create nonthreatening conversations and situations that keep brain power performanceat its maximum level. You will also be able to understand the importance of emotional skills and why empathy, flexibility, emotional expression and impulse control are critical to build and nurture interpersonal relationships based in trust and compassion. Another benefit is life balance and happier employees who perform better; this session also offers techniques that employees can use to increase brain power, focus, attention, positive attitudes and communication. Combining emotional intelligence, coaching techniques and neuroscience, this session will equip you to embrace behaviors for success.
