The Details
IN-PERSON PREMIUM EXHIBIT OPPORTUNITIES
3.28ft x 8ft. Kiosk (location will be determined on a first come first served basis)
Kiosk without monitor: $2,500 or Kiosk with monitor: $3,500 (see photo above)
The graphic piece that will be shown will be 38 ¾” X 55 11/16”. If you select a kiosk with a monitor, we will give you a specs document to show where it will be placed so it does not interfere with your graphics.
GRAPHICS (Deadline): Graphics are due before February 20, 2023
SPECS/ORDERS (Deadline):
• Due dates for orders: February 6, 2023
• Any changes need to be made by February 20, 2023
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH YOUR KIOSK:
- The physical kiosk, custom 38 ¾” X 55 11/16” graphic, stool, and trash can.
Monitors can be provided at an additional fee. - Labor to set up and remove your kiosk.

RESERVE YOUR SPACE
- Email NorCal@shrm.org the type of kiosk that you would like to reserve and include your name, title, organization, address, phone number, website and email address. An agreement will be created and emailed to you within 48hrs.
- Expo placement will be determined by first come first serve
