Kelly Bunting is a litigator, counselor, trainer and nationally recognized labor and employment attorney who was recently named 2023 Lawyer of the Year for Employment Law, Management, in Philadelphia by The Best Lawyers in America. She defends employers in wage and hour class actions, single plaintiff discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims and has provided HR and Workplace Compliance training all over the country. She has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Litigation, Labor and Employment since 2019, in the Legal 500 United States for Workplace and Employment Counseling since 2014, and listed in Who’s Who in Labour & Employment Law for her international employment work since 2018. She currently is a partner in the Philadelphia office of Greenberg Traurig, where she is co-chair of the firm’s Workplace Compliance & Counseling Group.
