Eileen is a Senior Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP. As part of the Government Affairs team, she analyzes legislative and policy developments in immigration law. She also advises clients on various compliance issues, including I-9 and E-Verify obligations, and assists clients in performing audits of their immigration programs.

Prior to joining BAL, Eileen gained relevant experience in immigration by representing clients in asylum and adjustment of status cases, working in the Department of Justice Office of Immigration Litigation, Appellate Section, and engaging in legislative and policy work with the National Immigrant Women’s Advocacy Project.
