The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace is becoming increasingly commonplace. This session will explore the ethical considerations of using AI in the workplace, including how it can be used to create a more equitable and efficient workplace. We'll discuss best practices for employers and employees alike, and how to ensure that AI is used in a way that respects privacy and data security. We'll also explore the implications of AI-driven hiring and other automated decision-making processes, and the potential for bias that exists in AI-driven decision-making.
