Tuesday 10/20/2020 01:40 PM - 02:00 PM   Add to calendar
Intended Audience: Proficient
Workplace Application:
Attendees will walk away understanding the diverse needs of their organization and how to effectively measure their efforts to design DE&I initiatives that work for their company’s needs.

There is a great deal of pressure for companies to change their workplaces and cultures in a number of ways, including for example, to build more diverse and inclusive cultures, without understanding where you stand to begin with. Organizations need to first determine their baseline in order to measure progress in a quantitative way while being transparent in their successes and failures.

This session will share one company’s practical approach of steps taken to build and ensure a culture of openness, transparency and ongoing commitment.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn one way of measuring DE&I in your workplace to determine strengths and areas for growth and gain actionable insights
  • Engage employees and understand their experiences through approachable DE&I data collection and comprehensive analytics
  • Participate with other senior leaders on strategies to create an inclusive work environment
