Increased community concern for workplace diversity has caused more corporations to provide workforce demographics.  Many have only recently released their Federally mandated EEO-1 reports detailing employment by job category, race, and gender.  We will analyze the newest EEO-1 data from 200+ companies to identify those where racial minorities and women have been the least likely and most likely to reach executive levels.  We will further focus on the problems facing Asian American women, a workforce 70% less likely than white men to be executives.
