As we move toward post-pandemic, the focus has shifted from navigating the employee experience "through" the pandemic, to more of an emphasis on bringing the "whole" person back to a work experience that includes considerations that go beyond returning to the "normalcy" of cubicles and offices. For sure, we are not going back to "normal." Perhaps, not even a "new normal." Gentles and Sanchez will discuss strategies to tap into the "whole" person, which will have a direct impact on the employee experience, employee engagement and the organization's bottomline. Objectives · Participants will discover strategies to rethink, reimagine and reinvent a new HR and understand: · Why traditional/transactional HR is passe and how a transformational, strategic and disruptive HR is needed in the 21st century · Practical steps to make the shift using the 5P's of an HR Cultural Architect and leading from a lens of ABIDE - access, belonging, inclusion, diversity and equity · Ways to shift from a "singular" person approach to a "whole" person centered approach to mitigate effects of the Great Resignation
