Attendees will learn about the latest use of artificial intelligence in employment decision making, the rapidly evolving equal employment opportunity landscape in this space, and how to perform due diligence, audit new tools and mitigate risk.  

Learning Objectives:

  • Define and identify artificial intelligence tools in the employment decision making context and differentiate them from more traditional tools.
  • Be familiar with evolving state and city laws and the broader federal equal employment opportunity (EEO) landscape as it pertains to artificial intelligence tools.
  • Understand strategies HR practitioners can use to perform due diligence and audit artificial intelligence tools.  
  • Communicate with their employer through a shared action item checklist.
