Sessions
Research makes clear that the true pathway to engagement and retention is via your first-line supervisors, who then must build trust with each individual member of their teams. Installing recognition programs for example is easy but brings little value, whereas employees have been proven to stay and engage more based on their first-line leader relationships. In this session, the Stay Interview original inventor provides the research, the five questions, the roles, the training, the skills, the schedules, and the tracking that immediately lead to improved engagement, improved retention, and fewer job openings for HR to fill.
Learning Outcome 1: Participants will learn the original five Stay Interview questions that yield all of the required information for supervisors to build individualized retention and engagement plans.
Learning Outcome 2: Participants will learn the four key skills and training methods for supervisors to facilitate Stay Interviews effectively.
Learning Outcome 3: Participants will learn data from specific research studies that they can take back to their executive teams to build top-level support for Stay Interview implementation.
