Understand how EY promotes a flexible work environment, and its positive impact on its people’s satisfaction and engagement.
By supporting flexibility with resources and technology, EY helps meet the diverse needs of its people, teams and clients. More than 2,500 EY professionals are on flexible work arrangements (FWAs), of whom roughly 82% are women. While on an FWA, about 225 people have been promoted to partner, principal, executive director or director. This session illustrates the strategies EY uses to successfully provide an environment that thrives using FWAs. You will see how:
- The vast majority of EY's people work flexibly on a day-to-day basis.
- A number of EY professionals benefit from formal FWAs regarding hours, schedules and availability.
- This strategy has an impact on the advancement of women.
