This session highlights three programs demonstrating EY's commitment to mobility and the global experience in enhancing cultural diversity:


 

  •  Global Student Experience, a selective summer internship program offering overseas assignments.


 

  •  Global Exchange Program, a program for high-performing seniors or managers in EY's service lines, whose people are given the opportunity to participate in overseas assignments lasting 18 to 24 months.


 

  • Corporate Responsibility Fellows Program, for managers and above to improve the success of high-impact entrepreneurs in underserved communities in emerging markets.
