Suzanne Speak, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is the Vice President of Human Resources for Memorial Hermann Health System (MHHS) in Houston, TX. She is a results-focused senior leader with over twenty years of human resources experience. Principally accomplished in compensation, employee engagement and retention, change management, organization and leadership development and talent management. Suzanne has significant expertise in fast-paced, outcome oriented data-driven environments during periods of rapid growth designing and implementing best-practice solutions. At MHHS, she is responsible for HR operational and strategic leadership at 8 facilities, and the Post-Acute Care network. Suzanne is the Executive sponsor of the HR Business Partner community and HR Business Partner design team responsible for re-structuring the HR delivery model. MHHS has an annual operating revenue of $4.8 billion and more than 24,000 employees serving southeast Texas.
