Katie Burke is the Chief People Officer at Harvey, a global leader in AI for legal and professional services. Prior to Harvey, she was the Chief People Officer at HubSpot, where the company was recognized as Glassdoor's #1 Best Place to Work. Before her role as CPO, she ran communications at HubSpot and marketing at Athletes' Performance (now EXOS). She is a board member at Paycor and the Red Sox Foundation and an alum of MIT's Sloan School of Management and Bates College.
