Glenda Morrison, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Senior Director of Human Resources, Houston Texans and The McNair Group
Glenda Morrison has been an employee of The McNair Group since 1993 and of the Houston Texans since the club’s inception in 1999. She has performed various roles in the finance and administrative areas and has been responsible for all human resources functions since 1999.
As the current senior director of human resources, Morrison is responsible for all recruiting and hiring, employee relations, performance management, employee benefits administration and training for Houston Texans and The McNair Group staff.
Morrison earned her business degree from Angelo State University, San Angelo, Texas. She is an active volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and American Cancer Society.
Morrison and her husband, Ken, live in Houston and have one daughter, Haylee.
