Emily Towery, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR is the Vice President of Human Resources for The Cook & Boardman Group in Winston Salem, NC.  Emily obtained her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Liberty University and her BS in Business, with a concentration in Human Resources from Meredith College.  Emily has been working in Human Resources now for 11 years and her primary focus over the years has included improving the efficiency, effectiveness and best practices of her company's HR Department in all areas.  She has been highly involved in M&A activity with her current organization and is specifically focused on Cook & Boardman's long term strategic initiatives including, EBITDA Growth, Talent Expansion and Retention, Succession Planning, Internal Training Programs and Employee Engagement.
