Dr. Latrice Bryant-Robinson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned best practice HR practitioner and leader with over 23 years of domestic and global HR experience. During her career, she has had the privilege to work for organizations like Amazon.com, ABC/Disney, Hewlett-Packard, CIGNA HealthCare and Citibank to name a few. She has had the fortunate opportunity to work in the most entry levels of HR to the executive suite which has allowed her not only breathe of experience but the depth of experience as well.

 

Latrice has matriculated through many HR certifications to include the PHR, SPHR and more recently the SHRM-SCP. Latrice received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas majoring in Rehabilitation Studies and Psychology. She later returned to the University of North Texas to complete her Master’s Degree in Training & Development and Human Resources. Also, she has completed her doctorate degree in Leadership Studies from Dallas Baptist University with a dissertation study on Employee Engagement and Leader’s Personality Profiles.

 

Latrice is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc., Jack & Jill of America, Inc. and the Society for Human Resources Management. Currently, Latrice is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Globe Life and Accident Insurance company in McKinney, Texas. Latrice is married with two children and lives in Fairview, Texas.
