Danielle Andrews is a Portland native, growing up in the Beaverton area. She attended University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA and graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. During college she served as Vice President of Recruitment for her sorority and found her passion for recruiting, training, and facilitation. Upon returning to Portland, she began her HR career as a Recruiter for a national agency where she learned basic recruiting and networking skills. In 2009 she transitioned to corporate recruiting as a Sr. Recruiting Coordinator for Banfield Pet Hospital. Once promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist she spent the next 7 years supporting leadership, corporate, and field recruiting as well as doing project work and stretch assignments to improve recruitment processes for the organization, improve talent development systems, and facilitate leadership courses.

In May 2016 she took a position as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner with Columbia Sportswear Company supporting recruitment for their Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Legal functions for all brands.
