Will Sparks is the Dennis Thompson Chair & Professor of Leadership at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. He is the author of “Actualized Leadership: Meeting Your Shadow & Maximizing Your Potential” (2019, SHRM Publishing), which debuted as an Amazon #1 Best Seller.

His TED Talk “The Power of Self Awareness” was released in 2018. He completed his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University’s School of Business and Public Management, where his research focused on group dynamics, organizational culture, and leadership.

Dr. McMillan joined CFA Institute in October of 2008 after more than a decade as a professor of accounting and finance at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey School of Business and George Washington University’s School of Business.  As Director of Ethics and Professional Standards, Dr. McMillan is responsible for creating, sourcing, and developing educational content for CFA Institute members and investment professionals in the area of ethics and professional standards.  Dr. McMillan has a PhD in accounting and finance from George Washington University, an MBA from Stanford University, and BA from the University Pennsylvania.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a Chartered Investment Counselor, and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Wanda Ford Crumpler, PHR, joined Coca-Cola Refreshments in 2009 as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant, responsible for managing employee relations concerns for facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Subsequently, she was promoted to Employee Relations Team Lead, and to Senior Employee Relations Manager, where she has assumed team leadership responsibilities and focused alignment with the CCR Northeast Region and Food Service & On-Premise. Prior to CCR, she has held several HR roles and Finance positions at Walt Disney World and AT&T Universal Card Services. She has also held an adjunct faculty position teaching human resource management. Wanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and her MBA from the University of North Florida.

As Assistant Democratic Leader in the 112th Congress, the number three Democrat in the House, James E. Clyburn is the leadership liaison to the Appropriations Committee and one of the Democratic Caucus' primary liaisons to the White House. Working with the internal caucuses, he plays a prominent role in messaging and outreach. As a national leader he has worked to respond to the needs of America's diverse communities. He has supported higher education by leading the charge for increased Pell grants; investing millions in science and math programs and historic preservation at Historically Black Colleges and Universities. He has encouraged economic development by securing funding for Empowerment Zones and investing in green technology development such as nuclear, wind, hydrogen and biofuels.

Dr. David Rock coined the term 'Neuroleadership’ and is the CEO of the NeuroLeadership Institute, a global initiative bringing neuroscientists and leadership experts together to build a new science for leadership development. With operations in 24 countries, the Institute also helps large organizations operationalize brain research in order to develop better leaders and managers. David co-edits the NeuroLeadership Journal and heads up an annual global summit. He has written many of the central academic and discussion papers that have defined the Neuroleadership field.
