Will Sparks is the Dennis Thompson Chair & Professor of Leadership at the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte. He is the author of “Actualized Leadership: Meeting Your Shadow & Maximizing Your Potential” (2019, SHRM Publishing), which debuted as an Amazon #1 Best Seller.
His TED Talk “The Power of Self Awareness” was released in 2018. He completed his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Development from The George Washington University’s School of Business and Public Management, where his research focused on group dynamics, organizational culture, and leadership.

Wanda Ford Crumpler, PHR, joined Coca-Cola Refreshments in 2009 as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant, responsible for managing employee relations concerns for facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Subsequently, she was promoted to Employee Relations Team Lead, and to Senior Employee Relations Manager, where she has assumed team leadership responsibilities and focused alignment with the CCR Northeast Region and Food Service & On-Premise. Prior to CCR, she has held several HR roles and Finance positions at Walt Disney World and AT&T Universal Card Services. She has also held an adjunct faculty position teaching human resource management. Wanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida and her MBA from the University of North Florida.

As Assistant Democratic Leader in the 112th Congress, the number three Democrat in the House, James E.
