As Director of Crisis Management at FEI Behavioral Health, Terri is responsible for working with corporate clients to ensure companies are prepared for, can respond to and can recover from a crisis incident. She is also responsible for coordinating the people support and psychological first aid services for those impacted by a crisis incident. Additionally, Terri is experienced in designing drills and exercises aimed at testing organization’s current plans and procedures. She has contributed to several international standards and guidelines on crisis management and workplace violence prevention, including ASIS and the FBI.

Andrea P. Howe is the co-author, with Charles H. Green, of The Trusted Advisor Fieldbook: A Comprehensive Toolkit for Leading with Trust. She is the founder of The Get Real Project and an entrepreneur on a mission: to kick conventional business wisdom to the curb and transform how people work together as a result. Andrea is a recovering IT consultant who has spent more than 20 years working with clients, managing projects, and facilitating groups of all kinds and sizes. Her focus for the last decade has been teaching people in consulting roles how to get better results by getting relationships right. She speaks on topics like customer intimacy, client loyalty, the dynamics of influence, speaking hard truths, and developing business with trust. When she’s not working, you can find her in the art studio taking far too long to finish her latest mosaic project. 

As a leading industry expert and 20+ year pioneer of virtual training and hybrid learning, Cindy Huggett, CPTD, has vast experience helping organizations create engaging learning solutions. She’s the author of several acclaimed books including Virtual Training Tools and Templates: An Action Guide to Live Online Learning, and The Facilitator’s Guide to Immersive, Blended and Hybrid Learning. Kendall D. Isaac previously was an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, where he taught a general practice/law practice management course. Prior to teaching, Isaac owned The Isaac Firm LLC, a law practice that concentrated on employment law and mediation matters and also served as a new-lawyer incubation center that trained new lawyers on how to start and build their own practice. Isaac has also worked for Reminger LPA, a large regional law firm with offices in Ohio and Kentucky, where his practice focused on employment law and workers' compensation defense. Before his legal career, he held employee relations and human resource management roles for Fortune 500 companies Abbott Laboratories and Bisys/Citigroup. He graduated from The Ohio State University with his bachelor's in rhetorical communications and graduated Order of the Curia from Capital University Law School with his law degree and a concentration in labor and employment law. His primary research interests involve the advancement of mediation theory and practice, especially in the realm of workplace disputes, and trends relative to the growth and development of "lawyerpreneurs."

Sue Jones has 25 years of experience creating strategic HR programs and services to effect positive change in organizations. She is an innovative HR leader whose experience spans large companies ($4,500 Million, 100,000 employees) to smaller business ($2 Million, 12 employees). Sue has worked in a variety of different industries and is adept with transferring her knowledge, skills and abilities across several different channels of business. Sue is a Veteran of the US Navy and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Lesley College and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Sue is actively involved in both local and national organizations and has supported the growth of Human Resource Professionals as a member of SHRM since 1994.

Paula M. Jones is an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where she advises clients on estate planning and administration with a focus on international planning. Her practice encompasses all aspects of U.S. estate and gift taxation, the creation and maintenance of U.S. and foreign trusts, pre-immigration planning for non-resident aliens coming to the United States, expatriation tax planning for residents and citizens leaving the United States, charitable giving overseas and other related matters.

Gary Jones, CSP and SPHR, is the Former Chief Human Resources Officer at Grizzard Communications Group (an Omnicom Company) with offices in Atlanta and Los Angeles. He has over 25 years of corporate level human resources experience in a diverse set of industries including marketing services, specialty retail, wholesale, and not-for-profit. He holds graduate degrees in Administration as well as Counseling and served as adjunct professor in Mercer University’s MBA program for nearly 10 years, teaching courses in human resources, organizational behavior and management. In 2010, Gary received the SHAPE Award for Professional Excellence in Human Resources from the Atlanta Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. His primary hobbies and interests revolve around guitars, classic rock, unsuccessful attempts to lower his golf handicap, and travel.
