Robin Schooling, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is on a mission to make organizations better by making HR better. With 20+ years of senior HR leadership experience in a variety of industries, she consults with organizations, advises HR teams, and writes for a variety of sites and publications. She explores what HR does (and why we do it) by discussing the intricacies, complexities, and absurdities through the sharing of information, the exploration of ideas, and the development of solutions. She rattles cages, takes an audacious approach, and works to ensure HR is valued. She’s been an active and involved SHRM volunteer leader and once upon a time received an award as “HR Professional of the Year.”

Jennifer Payne is an HR veteran with nearly two decades of experience in various aspects of the profession, including employee & labor relations, learning & development, and talent acquisition. She currently oversees talent management, engagement, and employee communications for Tops Markets, a regional grocery chain based in Buffalo, NY, and her dedication to that industry has earned her recognition as a “2016 Top Woman in Grocery” through Progressive Grocer magazine. Outside of her “day job,” Jennifer is a seasoned blogger. She is one of the co-founders, principal writers, and current editor of the Women of HR blog, has blogged for numerous SHRM Annual Conferences, and is part of the “HR Tech Insiders” for the HR Technology Conference. Always an HR practitioner at heart, she strives to bring that point of view to the topics she explores, and to challenge others to think differently about how they approach their jobs.

Rue Dooley has been an HR Knowledge Advisor for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over 16 years and has over 25 years of HR experience.
In college, as an accounting major, Rue interned with major corporations and worked his way through school from fast food, to dorm RA, to payroll assistant with a state agency. After receiving his B.S., he worked as an accountant, a budget analyst, a meeting planner, payroll specialist, benefits coordinator, and an HR Generalist…mostly all at the same company!
After managing the HR function for a growing government contractor (from 13 to 100+ employees while he was there), Rue went on to hire school teachers at a major school district. In his current position as an HR Knowledge Advisor for SHRM, Rue has daily direct contact with HR professionals around the world, helping them to create solutions, to improve systems, and to find and use resources that improve the delivery of the HR function.
Rue has authored and co-authored numerous articles; Designed systems and policies; Created practical tools (including forms, letters, toolkits, and other resources); Conducted webcasts and videos; and has been quoted in various media outlets on a number of HR topics. Rue is SHRM-SCP certified.

Tammi Runzler is the general manager of corporate social responsibility (CSR) for Clean the World. Her primary mission is to manage business development, marketing and operations of the ONE Project. Developed in 2013 as a way to unite the fortunate with the less fortunate, the ONE Project supplies hygiene kits to shelters, advocacy groups and victims of natural disasters throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Clean the World, Tammi was senior vice president of convention sales and services for Visit Orlando. She managed global sales strategy for one of the world’s premier destinations. She led the way in making Orlando a destination known for social responsibility, giving back and making a local impact.

Sandra Guerra is an HR Director for Wyndham Vacation Ownership. Sandra’s has worked in healthcare, entertainment and hospitality industries serving in various functions of HR with a heavy emphasis in performance and learning.
Sandra is the President for the Greater Orlando SHRM chapter and has been actively involved holding several roles on the board since 2009. She earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Western International University, a Bachelors Degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and is finishing up her doctorate degree with an emphasis in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
In Sandra's free time, she spends enjoys many of the fun things to do in Orlando with her two teenage boys.

As SHRM’s Director of Certification and Veteran Affairs Andrew Morton works with the military and veterans' organizations to develop workforce readiness pathways for veterans and military-families. As part of SHRM’s Speaker’s Bureau Andrew informs and empowers organizations in their inclusion-hiring efforts across many populations including Veterans, individuals with disabilities, and Returning Citizens as part of SHRM’s Getting Talent Back to Work Initiative. He is the contributing author to Justin Constantine’s SHRM published book “From We Will to At Will- A Handbook for Veteran Hiring, Transitioning and Thriving in Today’s Workplace.”
Andrew, a retired Infantry-Officer, served in several leadership roles during multiple overseas and combat tours (Iraq, Bosnia, Macedonia and Egypt) in his 21-year Army career. He also served as the Chief of Marketing and Advertising for the Army Reserve. Prior to his arrival at SHRM in 2014 Andrew previously served as public relations director for a PR firm in Alexandria.
Andrew is passionate about awareness and resources in support of mental health within our workforce and society at large and is currently completely his Masters in Mental Health Counseling at the College of William and Mary.

Megan Lee, has more than 10 years of experience developing human resource departments, creating programs to improve business operations, directing executive-level training programs, and establishing flexible workplaces. As a human resource professional with experience in software development, service/hospitality and federal government contracting industries, Megan has worked with diverse employee populations within multi-unit environments. These experiences have provided her with a unique understanding and appreciation of employee needs and for being known as a trusted business partner.
A proponent of flexible work, Megan was a featured speaker at the Work Life & Flexibility Expo and has helped numerous human resource professionals develop their own flexible work programs. In her current role as Director of Human Resources for Architecture Technology Corporation (ATCorp), the organization has become a leader in workplace flexibility. In 2012 and 2013, ATCorp was awarded the When Work Works Award (formerly the Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Excellence in Workplace Effectiveness and Flexibility) as awarded by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Families and Work Institute (FWI). ATCorp has also been named a 2014 When Work Works finalist. In addition, ATCorp is recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2014 as awarded by Minnesota Business Magazine.
