Carl is the Director of Research and Solutions for Metrus Group, where his specialties include the creation and validation of assessments, measurement-focused strategic management, organizational transformation and development, leadership development and coaching. He is particularly interested in individual characteristics and how they impact the way people work with each other and contribute to the organization.

Prior to joining Metrus Group, he spent 7 years as an independent organizational consultant and professor/director of Industrial/ Organizational Psychology at Marywood University.

Among his contributions to the profession, Carl is active with the Society for Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, and has served as Past Chair of its Visibility Committee.

Deborah has over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations realize their full potential.  As a senior HR leader in the telecommunications, biopharmaceutical, and healthcare industries, she has a depth of knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, team collaboration, and change management.  Over the past 15+ years, Deborah has led large teams of learning professionals and technical experts responsible for the design and delivery of leadership development, OD, culture, and training initiatives at MediaOne Group, AT&T Broadband, Comcast, Amylin Pharmaceutical, and Scripps Health. Deborah holds an M.Ed in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, and is a trained Integral Coach. She is certified in a number of assessment instruments including the MBTI, Birkman and PDI 360 instruments.

Amy has more than 15 years’ experience in the online media and consumer products industries with a span of roles focused on moving businesses forward through audience and business development initiatives. Prior to Fitbit, Amy held several strategic roles at CNET Networks including  the Director of Audience and Content Development for the Community Division and Director of Strategic Partnerships for the Network. 

Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Elementary Education from Merrimack College in Andover, MA, as well as a Professional Certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications from the UC Berkeley Extension program.  

Dr. Loren Murfield is a disruptive thinker who serves as an Executive Coach, Author, Filmmaker, and Speaker.
