Did you know with the passage of the Providing Urgent Maternal Protections (PUMP) for Nursing Mothers Act and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), millions of new workers are covered by these laws? As employers implement workplace accommodations to comply with the PUMP Act and PWFA,  join us to hear directly from the leaders of the federal agencies that will be enforcing these requirements. Get some of your burning questions answered like: How have the workplace notice posters changed? What changes will you have to make to ensure that people managers are communicating effectively with covered workers? Will the interactive accommodation process for pregnant workers be the same as the ADA interactive process? Join us to learn more about these important changes and ensure that your workplace is not unintentionally falling out of compliance.

If a speaker has provided session materials, please see below or visit https://presentations.shrm.org

All virtual sessions inherently run the risk of audio or visual issues due to factors out of our control. If any technical difficulties arise, we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to resolve it.
