How can employers expand their diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) practices beyond talent management?  This session will highlight effective ways for HR leaders to integrate DEIB concepts and approaches into designing total reward programs.  Using evidence based best practices and case studies, this session will provide a practical guide for HR leaders on how to make DEIB part of their total rewards program.

  • Understand how DEIB principles can inform the design of total reward programs.
  • How to implement and scale a inclusive total rewards strategy that focuses on improving the material financial health of your diverse workforce.
  • Review case studies and examples of companies that have taken this approach and how it may apply to your organization.
