Quick question: You walk into a meeting with a Boomer, a Gen-X'er, a Millennial, and a Gen-Z'er. Who starts the meeting off? Who's asked to fix the tech? Who's asked to take notes? Who's filming a TikTok documenting the whole thing? Most importantly, how can you guarantee that the meeting is a success? By 2025, nearly 75% of the global workforce will be millennials. By 2030, Gen-Z'ers will be about 30% of the U.S. workforce. What have we learned from previous leadership styles to prepare future leaders? Our talk will discuss the lessons we can learn from each generation, ways to increase intergenerational collaboration, and the cost of exclusion.
Learning Objectives:
- Discuss the lessons we can learn from each generation.
- Uncover ways to increase intergenerational collaboration.
- Explore the cost of exclusion.
