Technology continues to be one of America's fastest-growing industries. Yet, significant representation and inclusion gaps exist. Damien Howard, Chief Enterprise Solutions Officer at Per Scholas, a national nonprofit that trains thousands of diverse technologists in the skills they need to succeed, will explore the reasons why and bring forth solutions to increase inclusion. Leveraging findings from TEKsystems' Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in IT Report, this session is data-driven and solutions oriented.
