The topic of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) has been an area of focus in organizations for several years.  However, many leaders and employees believe that little progress has been made in terms of truly leveraging the value of D&I to create inclusive work environments.  In general, organizations encounter specific challenges that may limit opportunities to move the needle regarding D&I in the workplace.  In this session we will work to BE CLEAR and intentional about D&I efforts which will support a sustainable strategic approach in your organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define D&I and the complexities of language used.
  • Ensure that there is clarity around the definition of the terms diversity and inclusion for the organization and those that have responsibility to the organization.
  • Explore the dimension of diversity and understand the impact in the workplace.
  • Create an awareness that there are several dimensions of diversity that have an impact on the way that we, as humans, interact with each other - which ultimately has an impact our work relationships.
  • Tips for success to BE CLEAR with D&I Strategies.
