Join this interactive program as we review proactive practices and pitfalls to avoid in DEIBA initiatives and programs. Prepare to respectfully challenge some current trends as we consider: - whether white men are protected from race discrimination; - discrimination that younger workers face as compared to older workers; - Title VII's religious protections for Christians, atheists, and agnostics; - the pros and cons of workplace affinity groups/ERG's; - what employers can do to avoid legal challenges; and more.
