The Case for Inclusive Communication Across Generations  Communication across diverse populations can be challenging. Examine the impact of bias, racism, privilege, and power when communicating across generations. Discuss practical ways to communicate more effectively and minimize conflicts. Learn inclusive communication strategies that promote curiosity about differences through thoughtful, professional, and respectful dialogue.

  • Examine the impact of unintentional gaffes, micro-aggressions, and other common multi-generational communication challenges.
  • Explore the question around who's responsibility is it to adapt.
