Join us for a conversation with executive leaders who are challenging their organizations and partners to make the bold changes necessary to create a more inclusive environment by removing barriers that prevented too many from having the opportunity to thrive in the workplace.
Barriers in focus include: 1) hiring workers with criminal histories, 2) the 4-year degree bias that disproportionately impacts people of color, and 3) outdated regulations and corporate policies.
