This session will explore the theory and practice of transformational executive leadership coaching. The focus will be on leveraging this leadership development tool as a management intervention tool to promote diversity, equity, inclusion and civil discourse. The potential impact on workforce engagement, collaboration, creativity, innovation and productivity will be discussed. A mini (15-minute) executive leadership coaching session will be conducted with a volunteer from the audience. In this session, you will:
- Learn what transformational executive leadership coaching is and how it can accelerate the transition to an actively inclusive, diverse culture.
- Discuss best practices, trends and potential organizational benefits.
