Learn what transformational executive leadership coaching is and how it can be leveraged as a management intervention tool to promote inclusion and drive organizational results. 

This session will explore the theory and practice of transformational executive leadership coaching. The focus will be on leveraging this leadership development tool as a management intervention tool to promote diversity, equity, inclusion and civil discourse. The potential impact on workforce engagement, collaboration, creativity, innovation and productivity will be discussed. A mini (15-minute) executive leadership coaching session will be conducted with a volunteer from the audience. In this session, you will:

  • Learn what transformational executive leadership coaching is and how it can accelerate the transition to an actively inclusive, diverse culture.
  • Discuss best practices, trends and potential organizational benefits.
