This session will explore the unique characteristics of repeating contributors to innovation (RCI) and identify tools to develop and support them. 

The importance of innovation to an organization is undeniable in today's ever evolving world. In fact, innovation has become so critical that in order to stay competive, organizations must continuously innovate and sustain their innovation efforts. Employees who repeatedly contribute to innovation efforts are a valuable commodity and need to be cultivated and supported. This session will look at who these employees are, what factors make them unique and offer ways to develop repeated contributors to innovation. This session will help you be better able to:

  • Appreciate the unique characteristics of this highly valuable employee – the repeating contributor to innovation.
  • Increase understanding of the environment in which repeating contributors must operate – what is it like to operate in an environment of uncertainty, chaos and creativity?
  • Begin to understand a developmental pathway for this special and critical employee.
