This session will provide an update on the latest refinements to Intel's process for supporting employees who change their gender. Using the latest case studies, you will learn about Intel's steps to manage transitioning employees. The session will provide you with:

  • An understanding of the steps that can be used to assist and employee to transition to a different gender in the workplace.
  • Steps on how to develop a comprehensive policy and program for transgender employees as well as tips on how to create an individualized transition plan for individuals going through a gender transition.
