This interactive session will help you create a transition to encourage pre-retires to leave the company freeing up the promotion pipeline.
Is your organization top heavy with mature “pre-retirees” who aren't leaving? Learn how to offer training to coach and “nudge” them past their fears and concerns into developing an action plan for a “meaningful retirement”. While this session does not focus on any financial criteria, it will emphasize the creation of a personal, life-satisfying action plan once you leave the company that inspires your pre-retirees to RETIRE. This session will help you:
- Learn the top reasons and FEARS that employees have for not retiring.
- Develop a new understanding of what vocational and self-assessment tests are most helpful.
- Discover an innovative coaching style to learn new ways to engage them to want a post-company future through.
