Workplace Application:
This session will help you fully utilize the human potential it has access to with an accurate and evidence-based understanding of human behavior.

What makes human beings tick? Why does almost every organization have silo issues, can you actually influence behavior, and if so how? In this session you will:

  • Be introduced to studies on ingroup/outgroup dynamics, labels, unconscious decision-making, and conformity.
  • Work through an exercise of redesigning one aspect of the general work experience (meetings) from the aspect of optimizing collective human experience, so that you understand how to apply behavioral science in your organization.
  • Leave with sources for further behavioral science insights.
