Workplace Application:
This session wiil help you identify and execute on your employee’s key engagement needs employee surveys are unable to identify.

Employee engagement scores have stayed essentially the same over the years. A major, and rarely talked about, reason is this: Employee engagement is an individual experience, not a statistical score. Because of that, surveys alone will not give you the information you need to engage any particular employee. This session will prepare you to be better able to:

  • Explain why the information provided in employee engagement surveys is not sufficient for maximizing employee engagement.
  • Explain how the talent megatrend of individualization must inform your engagement strategy.
  • List some of most the important ingredients that need to be included in each employee's unique engagement recipe.
  • Explain to managers about the six different types of conversations they need to have, in order to customize the employee experience in a way that results in greater engagement and greater productivity.
