Workplace Application:
This session will help you understand and evaluate your current private exchange structures and will prepare you to be able to pitch the pros and cons of using this approach for each of your employee groups.

Given the evolving health care environment, employers are evaluating the role a private exchange can play in maintaining a human capital strategy that addresses external demands, and continues to provide competitive benefits to attract and retain employees. This session will help you:

·         Understand the features and value of private exchange models for all populations groups.

·         Learn about what constitutes a blended private exchange and how it can assist in driving your human capital strategy.

·         Gain an understanding of whether a blended private exchange model is right for your organization and if it is,
how do you head down that path.

·         Understand the motivations behind the early migrators to the exchange model and learn how this type of model
can and cannot address health care cost drivers.
