This session will help you define, measure and benchmark recruiting practices that impact a candidate’s experience and subsequent conversion, retention, performance, willingness to re-apply or even refer others.
The candidate experience can be measured by a single question: “Would you refer…?” just as the customer experience is measured by a similar “Net Promoter Score”. This session digs deeper and explores the recruiting data from hundreds of corporations large and small who have looked into the mirror and invited tens of thousands of their candidates to share their experience. This will session will show you:
- What practices really make a difference and which ones merely annoy.
- Identify recruiting practices that correlate with a candidate’s experience.
- Measure the importance, value and cost of creating a positive or having a negative candidate experience.
- How to build your own business case for how you treat those you hire AND those you don’t as well as the recruiting practices that have the greatest impact on your candidate’s experience.
