Sessions
Temperament and personality are strongly associated with a person’s preferred style of communication, leadership and interaction preferences, performance competencies, motivational needs, and self-sabotaging behaviors. These characteristics strongly interact with gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, generational and cultural backgrounds. Appreciation for these differences should be given equal attention not just because we believe there is value in difference, but because it increases performance, productivity and engagement. This session will offer an enlightening and provocative look into how our workplaces can discriminate against people based on personality while promoting stereotyping and prejudice. Leave with new insights and strategies to accept, appreciate and leverage different personalities for maximum engagement and productivity.
