This session will help you identify your own cultural communication preferences and will show you how to interact successfully with other communication styles.
So, you think your culture doesn’t drive you? Think again. This session makes it clear that your cultural preferences shape how you unconsciously interact, and how you perceive the actions of others. Exercises focus on a clear, visually powerful model that you will use to identify your own communication and conflict styles, strategize more effective interactions with other styles, and then immediately be able to take back to your team, department and entire organization.
