Advancing and promoting inclusive work environments in a global workforce requires strategies that respect and embrace cultural, legal, and social diversity across multiple geographies. In a global organization, diversity may encompass a wide range of differences, like gender, race & ethnicity, religion, disability, and sexual orientation, alongside cultural, linguistic, and even work-life norms.

Roundtable Prompts
1) What strategies have you found effective in promoting inclusivity while respecting cultural, legal, and social diversity across multiple regions?

2) How can global organizations address challenges that arise from differences in work-life norms, languages, and cultural practices to foster inclusion?

3) What best practices can leaders implement to ensure diversity in all its forms—such as gender, race, disability, and religion—is supported and celebrated on a global scale?
