In healthcare, bias can affect life and death decisions in patient care. Recruitment professionals must understand that their ability to improve health equity relies on human connection, rather than on AI, which cannot screen for implicit bias or identify signs of racism. This session will discuss the potential risks of AI to health equity, and how recruitment professionals can shape effective DEI strategies to build an inclusive clinical workforce reflective of its community.

  • Learn the importance of developing a workforce that is reflective of the communities they serve.
