Approximately 20 percent of the workforce is neurodivergent. Whether it's ADHD, learning differences, the autism spectrum, or other characteristics, neurodiversity has become a key part of developing an inclusive workplace. How do leaders and organizations navigate this new and seemingly complicated landscape? It all starts with a few basic concepts that enable everyone to contribute their best to the organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and understand different characteristics of neurodivergence.
  • Communicate effectively about neurodivergence and neurodiversity on both an organizational and individual level.
  • Create solution-based strategies and accommodations that will enable neurodivergent workers as well as learning how to combat unconscious bias and embrace neuroinclusion.
