Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn how to implement employment accessibility practices that promote the hiring and retention of neurodivergent and intellectually disabled talent. 

Harvard coined the term hidden workers to explain how individuals are hidden from the workforce, not by choice, but due to barriers, bias and misconceptions. During this session the audience will gain a deep understanding of employment accessibility issues that impact hidden workers, specifically those with intellectual disabilities.
